No but they have implied the law in the direction of what some forum memebers wish for.
1. No sale to anybody under the age of 18
2. Only allowed to sell 2 days before the event.
3. Hitler was Austrian if that was the effigy you was talking about.Started out in life as a painter and decorator.
The implement of the first two above worked well
