yesterday my binmen came and refused to take a bag that i had put out
i used a box when tidying my house to put rubbish in , old toys etc and bagged it up afterwards
anyway apprently it cant be taken because of the box holding teh rubbish been recycable
needless to say HBC dont have my box of rubbish but neither do i
