Yes it does bother me and a lot at that. Our laws may be a bit wonky in some places yet though the powers to be know this they will do nothing untill what happened in this case forces the issue. One set of laws seem to be ofset by others and the muddle ends up costing the tax payer money. Ok this Mr A's rights were infringed but to be awarded money for it is obsered considering deporting someone is getting harder.
Not that long ago a teenager from the Shetlands was to be deported after serving a sentance for a minor crime. The powers that be lost in the courts yet they didnt manage with Mr A to even get him to court.
