I know of a company that will insure Unoccupied Houses for 12 months + and give FULL COVEr inc Storm & Theft Damage.

In the BB5 Postal Area the cost for this said Insurance would be (calculators Ready)

0.30% x The Building Sum Insured
+ 5 % - Insurance Premium Tax
+ £15.00 - Admin Fee

Your Rebuild Figure of £70.000 would be £235.50. Exprensive but gives the certanty of FULL cover.
