actually i'v travelled all over the world and lived among many cultures
however when in someone elses country i respect the customs and protocols of the people
and as for food as an ex chef i like nothing more than to sample local cuisine
some of which i may not like (however the snake, scorpion and sea horse were very nice in hong kong)
