Anyone at the Clayton end enjoys the half time jinks and would be mad to stop it. If you cant face being hit by a stray football in a place that has them ie the footy ground then they are better of staying away. It would be like suing Blackpool Council for being stung by a jellyfish whie paddling though you know they are there.
Agree with Willow its "
fear of litigation brigade" thats causing a lot of problems that and the no win no fee set up which does actively encourage it.
