Was wondering cause when i worked at our local big supermarket, i was asked on xmas eve day if i fancied helping out in the bakery to get more mince pies cooked and out onto the shop floor ! i couldnt believe what i was seeing when i saw mouse traps all over the place

p.s. ... did you know when it says "Freshly Baked In Store Today" ... what it actually means is that they come into the store Frozen and they are baked through in the store.
