This morning at 5am, I staggered bleary eyed into the petrol station to fill up on my way to work and noticed, as I passed, the headline on a stack of yesterday's Telegraph. The headline ran something along the lines of "Stanley Snub Freedom of the Borough." I didn't have time to read the whole article and cannot see any reference to it on the Telegraph website. Can anyone elucidate?
