Just a quickie to let everyone know that Padiham FC take on Accrington Stanley Ladies tommorow (Sunday) at 2pm at Padiham's home, Arbories Memorial Sports Ground in Padiham.

All are welcome, and I have been assured that the bar will be open throughout the game.

It's going to be a tough game with Padiham currently lying in top spot, this is mainly due to them being able to play the majority of their games. Padiham recently lost their manager so are looking to improve on recent form.

It is a welcome relief for Stanley to be playing as it has been well over 7 weeks since their last game and with a number of dubutants playing tommorow it is sure to be an exciting local derby.

Our last encounter with Padiham at the beginning of the season saw Stanley lose 8-0. It is hoped that the improvements that have been made on the pitch will turn that score around to a Stanley win. It was a tough encounter back in September with a number of hard tackles and arguments getting the better of some of the girls, this time all the talking will be done on the pitch playing football!!!
