Yet another waste of money by the arty farty brigade. Are they allied to the PC brigade? The blessed thing doesn't even work. They were saying on Radio Lancs the other day that it was too windy so it wasn't making the right sort of noise. They've stuck it in wrong place up there if they don't like wind.
