The money spent on this piece of 'three dimensional' graffiti could have fed a few hungry mouths, housed a homeless person or contributed to our NHS. It is high time this professional 'wooly hat' brigade was kicked into touch, the only thing they are succesfull with is the ability to obtain public funds to squander on such rubbish as this.
