If this is art i'm Piccaso, in my humble opinion it is nothing less than blot on the beautifull landscape, to answer your question garinda i'm not against any form of art or otherwise, it is putting them in stupid places. The 'men on formby beach' are where they should be, this collection of scrap welded exhaust pipes would make a perfect partner. Obviously a great deal of time and money was spent teaching said 'artist' to WELD.
