Well, having seen this particular 'object' I cannot understand why anyone would ever object to a wind turbine being placed there instead, the turbine would look far more pleasing, be of some practical use and generate far less noise for people to object to.
In comparison to this pile of old sewer pipes a wind turbine is the ultimate piece of 'art'.
