It is a wind sculpture - it makes a different noise depending on which direction the wind is blowing in and at what strength the wind is blowing at. There is no design flaw or fault in this whatsoever.

Hang on a minute Gayle - maybe you should direct your comments to Radio Lancashire because they were the ones who reported that it was too windy for it.

I think the wind turbines are quite attractive too.
