My birds done..............
She has Sage and Onion up one end and had Onion, Lemon, and Carrots up the other; She started out on a bed Onion, Lemon, Carrots and Garlic. On top she was rubbed with Lurpak and drizzled with fresh organic Lemon Juice and topped off with thin rashers of Organic Streaky Bacon. She tastes bloody lovely.
