I read this story with disbelief yesterday and like you was angry at the blinkered attitude of the Head teacher.

She was right to teach and demonstrate world religions but is showing a distinct lack of knowledge on her part.......a case of the teacher is always right even if they are wrong

I enjoyed the obvious embarassment she must have gone through with her "climb down"
