I had a building set called "Bako" with wall blocks and windows and doors and roofs. There were flat windows and curved windows and all different sorts of things to add embellishments. You started off by putting metal sticks into holes in the base board and then sliding other things onto them. I suppose it was for budding architects. I don't know whatever happened to it. I would have loved to get additional kits to make bigger and more interesting buildings but my Mum & Dad never did buy me any more.
