I have the alarm set for 4.30.when i'm on 6-2,if i'm not up before it

When i'm on 2-10 the missus is my un wanted alarm that goes off at 6 & the lights go on with the hair dryer etc.I don't put the radio on cos i'm a bit more considerate & realise she needs her beauty sleep.Itry and grab a cat nap during the day to catch up on lost sleep.
