But 1) its technically illegal and his insurance co will wriggle like a wriggly thing if he ever claims
2) its not 3rd party, its road traffic act only which means they don't even cover the other persons car, only injuries so if he hits someone he will find himself having to cough up for any reapirs to the car.
3)How will he tax the M3, you need a valid insurance cert to do so, they won't let him tax it based on his 3rd party cover.
