I wont have any clock in my house that is run off batteries because they always stop when someone is going to die.
I had a battery clock in my old house and when my nan died it stopped the day before. Not giving it much thought I just replaced the batteries.
The clock stopped the day before my dad died too......... then one day it stopped and I thought " oh well one of those things, no-one poorly in the family" replaced the batteries.
Next day my Grandad died suddenly of a Aniorism sp*
- after that I won't have a clock that isn't run off electric now.
The only one I have is my fob watch for work!! and that stopped on friday
I hate it and it always makes me feel un-easy.
