My alarm when I'm working is set for 6:30am. My alarm clock is at the other side of the room. But I have been known to walk all the way round the bedroom - turn it off and get back in bed for the dreaded "5 minute more" and wake up at 7:30am in which time I should be setting off out the ruddy door lol.
On my days off I sleep til I want .... and believe me I'm a lazy biatch and that can be til 1pm sometimes
