Is this going to replace the existing yearly/six monthly system in place at present?, pay as you use as is proposed by insurance companies, who only insure motor cars, as it is part and parcel of being in insurance and they have to do it. As for mothers taking children to school in cars, in some instance as in rural areas it is justified but by and large is a status thing (Chelsea Taxis) and the like, less privelaged children manage very well without this service, in these days of under use of motor car capacity IE one in a car, has not somthing to be done? (Not my opinion just food for thought.) Not now being a car owner i'm not really in a position to have an opinion.
