That's just the way my first husband's funeral was. I even had people saying to me how much they'd enjoyed it and then apologising because it didn't seem like an appropriate thing to say at a funeral but why not? It was a celebration of life and recalling all the fun times and the daft things and the good things. We even had people laughing at some of their memories, and the church was packed with extra chairs brought in and standing room only at the back. I was amazed by all the people.

It sounds like this young lad's funeral was much the same and how wonderful that such a short life should have had such a positive impact on so many people.
