absolutely bloody ridiculous
its idiots like this that waste valuable council and police resources
and clog up the system which means real issues don't get sorted out
people like this enrage me
yes i am all for dealing with real nuisance neighbours but this just extracts the urine. and whats worse is the council entertain it whilst as some people have mentioned they don't do sod all about loud music at all hours and vandalism etc
