I'm not entirely sure that I have fully undertood what you mean here. I presumed that you meant you had highlighted the text and then pressed Ctrl + C but where does the right click come into it?

There's another way to copy and paste too - by highlighting the text and then click on the 'edit' in your browser toolbar. In the drop down menu there are copy and paste options.
