I've just been watching her interview on This Morning and she does seem genuinely upset at all the hurt she has caused. BUT she still doesn't seem able to stop talking over the top of people to get her point across and she wasn't listening to some very valid points that were being put to her - not so much answering the actual questions being asked but some similar sounding question that she was hearing in her own head.
Mind you, she did say that her bullying was "irrejustable" and she was shocked when BB "reliterated" to her in the Diary Room what she'd actually said.
