Roats potatoes covered in mustard... Ya put the mustard on before roasing and it dont taste like mustard at all when it comes out.. which is good cus I dont like mustard.
Chicken Madras....Hot!..I do like my Curry and as I don't normally like eating meat or poultry this is the only acception. Not a vergetarian.. I just dont liek the thought of sinking my teeth into flesh...

Butter pies.. Originally invented in Preston (I think) and originally only available on a Friday for those that dont eat meat on fridays (some sort of religeous thing) .. Butter pies have now become populor throughout the north west and you can even get them in Accy
