Well here goes.They look like big pieces of Ravioli.Only they are done in pastry.Filling is mashed potato , onions and bacon.More of a thing from Canada around Winnepeg.Apparently the are a Ukraine food and a lot of people emigrated there and it is now a part of the diet around that area.Maybe Little Mo could fill us in on all this.She is local now???
