Shouldn't those who wish to extract urine be required to pay for the first round?
If the input is properly done, the output should be no problem. Then again, with a couple of friendly brews in hand, perhaps the need for extraction of liquid nitrogenous waste will disappear (not that there will be any shortage of supply!).
