I don’t suppose that it would have anything to do with ‘encouraging’ people to buy the new High Definition TV’s would it? Nah! Sky and even the BBC wouldn’t go to those lengths would they? Hmmmmm!
However all channels have a spell of the picture being pixelated somewhere on the screen.
