Most new vids are plug and play, the seem to self adjust.
Did you get instruction? There should be some kind of Auto Tune Facility.
How are you connection it to you TV.

I supposes its upto the landlord/lady what they put on the TV. As long as the have a licence to show whatever they are showing.
