in your mail tool there should be a footer config. Add it to that. (Chapter 28 of the MDeamon docs)

Or, on the email clients themselves, you add it as a default signature and make it a part of the company Internet policy that it must be added to all external emails(you do have a Co Internet Policy!!!!!!
