I'll help with the basics, if you want detailed help you really should tell your boss to pay someone who does know what they are doing to sort it out and maintain it properly.

Your email sig is configured in two places, you can either set it on all clients or set a global on in MD. I would recommend the second for any email that goes over teh Internet and leave it off for internal ones. You should allow uses to configure their own sigs on each client with their own contact details in.

Company Internet policies should be detailed and deal with all possible issues that can arise be them Employee misuse, legal aspects, and anything else that is required for regulatory reasons(privacy etc)

I'll not even start on Backup policies/Disaster recovery/hardware and software maintainence
I wouldnt say I know nothing about computers, just not the finer working of a Email system.
But im a quick learner.

Its is only a very small part of the business, not many communications are done via Email, just I know we need the signature on the bottom of all outgoing mail.

Sounds like your option 2 would be just what I need. Where is the option on Mdeamon to imput the info, its version 8 IIRC. and I believe we do get spam on 1 or 2 email accounts, any tips on making sure its set right to stop these also.

All the important stuff at work is backed up automatical, (Back up edge or summat) over night, disaster recovery and all that is sorted, we have support for our main server and all the important stuff, just not our own usage things.

Thanks for your time.
