Grimsby, Peterborough, Stockport, all have £18 seats, although Stockport charge £16 to sit without a roof, (I'm so glad we went there in the summer). most of the League 2 clubs charge £15-£16.
Here's a thought Bristol Rovers charge £12.50 and they had over 5000 in the ground.
