Good for you slinks for at least cutting back. That's a really big step!

As your suystem gets used to a little bit less nicotine, it should help with the cravings!
I've got a friend over here trying to quit. She was all excited that she was done to 1 1/2 packs a day. I hadn't realized that she had been smoking 2 1/2 packs a day. But even that is a start.
