I gave up 2 years ago now i woke up one morning and thought "i wonder how long i can not have a fag for" i went all morning and i really wanted one by the end of the day i thought im not giving in now if i have one now i might well have just had one first thing this morning and not gone through all that and ive not have one since.

It was hard work and lots of times i REALLY wanted one but just didnt after 2 years the cravings have just gone but dont let that put you off im too tight to start again i like the extra money i can buy stuff with.
