Eerrm, official points - not really.
Neither of the bottom two has reached 50 points in the last 5 seasons. Oxford and Exeter went down with 49 and 48 pts respectively, so I suppose you'd be unlucky to go down with 50, but you could stay up with less, 39 would have been good enough in 2004/5
