The insurance companys involved didn't dispute this, with a decent brief they could have had the case thrown out of court.
DECENT BARRISTER, "now then madam can you please tell the court how you remember you are suffering from memory loss?"
PLAINTIFF "Well, I can remember that I used to remember more than I do now".
