Dont bother about United Utilities - they are a waste of space. When mum died - i rang them up and explained that my mum had died and that i needed the name changing to mine and i needed a new payment card. That was in March last year. I got a new bill with my name on it in June. Since then i've written to them, emailed them and i've rang them numerous times and still not got a payment card. By the way one time i rang them they said i couldnt have a payment card because i didnt have a gas/electric bill with my name on it. I said well seeing as all the bills were in my mums name and that i havent had a bill since swapping them over then i wont have will i. How does a new customer who has only just bought a house go on then?
Im still angry now. And guess what i've just got my water bill for next year!!!
