This is because we have quite a few smilies that are similar and each smiley has its own independent url address.
Trouble is, you don’t want to be typing large url address into your post each time you wish to add a smiley. So there is a system whereas in stead of typing the large url address you only need to add a small piece of code, a name
':eek:' it’ really a kind of a short cut to the large url address such as
:eek: = http://www.accringtonweb.com/forum/images/accysmilies/eek.gif
Problem here is we have smilies with the same name. So if you select :eek: you could end up with one or the other as is happening here. What needs to be done is either we delete the duplicated smilies from the directories or edit their names.

- name = :eek: - url = http://www.accringtonweb.com/forum/images/smilies/eek.gif

- name = :eek: - url = http://www.accringtonweb.com/forum/images/accysmilies/eek.gif
