got me phone and net back
turns out some lazy bastard at open reach was installing anothe rline to another house and stole my access point effectivly cutting off my service
BT wont speak to me because i am not their customer and they wont release contact information for openreach which is basicly their engineers as they dobt talk to the public
no wonder customer complaints are down if you cant complain
