Have been with Virgin either with mobile or cable for a while now & have always been impressed with the way they 'talk' to the customer in their info brochures etc.No fancy spiel,they talk to you as though they're on the same level as you,if you get my drift.Even the woman on their answer phone sounds pretty trendy,in a Branson kind of way
