Pretty much anything goes with me.. I have a totally sick sense of humour which, like Grego is a side effect of working in tragic situations. Most clinical staff in the NHS, docs, nurses, midwives etc have the ability to laugh at tragedy because if we didn't, we'd cry. I have also found that ambulance personnel, firemen and police officers have a similar sort of humour.
As far as I'm concerned, the more politically incorrect the joke, the better it is.... but ultimately, it's how you tell em..
