Smoked Haddock is nice.... steamed and placed on a plate with slightley minted baby potatoes dressed in a coating of the finest butter... served with a salad of fresh rocket..fresh home grown tomatoes drizelled with a coating of olive oil mixed with lemon juice and a hint of mustard.. ummm
