Will it work? Probably not.
I agree with Granny. Bring back conscription and get some of the teenage yobbos off the streets first before targetting more vulnerable groups.

Yes Willow, altho we got offer of no haircuts or suits just 'get back to work', i went for those LPND job centre interviews required, last wednesday & was told about this, & boy were they not joking!!! PRESSURE is on already & my youngest is 9!!!! They dont give a hoot about whether u have childcare, its a case of well sort the job out 1st & work around it, oh there is a huge waiting list for new era after school club but no worries u can give yer kids a key & they can see to themselves
..............erm now who does get the blame for unsuperivsed kids turning to yobbos with asbo's.................errr u guessed it single parents

... yet now u all realise that we are pushed to work & this gov is pushing us to get to work [yes we do want to u know!!] but the reality is the poor provision of childcare facilities available so that SP's can work as other parents - i notice Tony Blair sweep that under the carpet sharpish!!!
Now Mr Blair u cant have one without the other!!!
