Exactly he hit her as hard as he physically could 5 times and because he hit her in the arm makes it all ok!
I dont think so! she was not some 20 stone girl with the strength of an ox, she was of slight build and was held quite comfortably by the 3 officers that held her there was no call for her to be punched full force in the arm 5 times! The damage to the car should be dealt with in court not the boxing ring!
