Yes please take your kids cards to the ticket office before games to get your ticket or you'll be sent there by the gateperson. The reason for this is without a ticket we cannot colate between people paying to come in and passes in a way that cannot be seriously misused!!!!

Your pass entitles you to a ticket not entrance to the football ground, the ticket entitles you to entrance to the football ground.
