Can I just mention that I find it quite strange that people will put up with cheap mice/keyboards/screens. These are the only parts of a computer that you interact with. A good quality mouse/trackball and keyboard will give you a much 'better' experience of using a computer particularly if you are on it a lot.
How many people have even tried an alternative to the ubiquitous mouse? I find people are generally wired slight ly different and after using one for a short while a loit of people prefer trackballs as their hand doesn't need to move and teh body of teh trackball provides support so less chance of RSI.
