Having just seen Coley's interview on the Accy Observer site I can't believe the words he used. It's his job to be positive in the face of adversity, rather than de-motivate the players. He should take a leaf out of Ady Boothroyd's book who always comes over as someone who believes in his Watford team 110% and always gets a committed performance from his players.
He sounds demoralised.
