It's in Barrowford at Higherford Mill.
The man is Julian Beever and Mid Pennine Arts have brought him over to create a new piece of artwork inside the mill.
He's starting on Wednesday afternoon and he'll be drawing until Saturday afternoon 10am - 4pm each day. It is open to the public as he's working and all of the artist studios in the building will also be open.
Please come along and see it.
